  • Professional certifications such as CEBS, CHRL (or equivalent), GPHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM-CP
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-year global benefits strategies aligned with
  • Deep knowledge of benefits design and administration across multiple geographies, including North
