📋 Description

• Design and execute a globally consistent yet locally responsive benefits strategy aligned with
• Lead annual benefits planning including plan design reviews, renewal negotiations, benchmarking
• Oversee benefits program administration across all active Geotab geographies including Canada, the
• Ensure programs reflect local statutory requirements, market norms, and cultural expectations in
• Partner with in-country HR and legal counsel to maintain compliance with local benefit regulations
• Lead benefits due diligence and integration workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of overall benefits management experience, including at least 5 years in a global
• Proven expertise in negotiating vendor contracts
• Delivering executive-level reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
• Managing compliance with international data privacy regulations such as GDPR and PIPEDA
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience, including direct supervision of benefits specialists or
• 2-3 years of experience leading in a matrixed or global HR environment
