Identify quality risks and implement preventive actions.
Lead process improvements and digital enablement in operations.

🎯 Requirements

Degree or equivalent in scientific, life sciences, or healthcare.
Fluency in English and Polish.
Strong clinical operations experience in CRO/biotech/pharma with onsite monitoring.
Direct line management experience leading CRAs and/or clinical ops staff.
Demonstrated knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
