Oversee global grant administration: budgets, payments, reconciliations, reporting.
Create investigator grant workbooks; interpret CTA financials for payments.
Support month-end close with global project-level reporting.
Guide Project Directors on CTA financials and site payment workbook; training.
Oversee Sunshine Act and other client reporting globally.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
5+ years Clinical Research experience or equivalent.
3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience with international clinical trial payments and site budgets.
Experience with Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA) and site budgets.
Analytical, time management, and Excel proficiency; English plus local language.
