Manager, Global Supply Chain - Innovation

📋 Description

• Work with cross-functional partners to build demand, supply, and logistics inputs.
• Optimize SKU-level service and inventory across the network.
• Model scenarios to assess impact of demand, supply, and network changes.
• Generate and report KPIs to Brand and Growth; flag blockers.
• Place POs and coordinate with external partners for lead times and delivery.
• Ensure items are correctly set up across multiple digital channels.

🎯 Requirements

• BA or equivalent in supply chain, finance, engineering, or economics.
• Experience across multiple verticals in a fast-paced CPG environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; advanced Excel; inventory models; SAP a plus.
• Strong communication; ability to simplify complex, evolving scenarios into clear recommendations.
• Thrive on a fast-paced, highly visible team; interface with Director and C-suite.
• You are a learner, always seeking to improve yourself and the team.
