Manager, Hospital Finance (Controller)

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end general ledger close process for assigned hospital sites and entities
• Lead post-close reviews, balance sheet reviews, and financial analysis to identify issues, trends
• Analyze P&L and balance sheet results and provide clear explanations for monthly, quarterly
• Serve as the primary accounting liaison for assigned facilities, partnering with hospital
• Collaborate with technical accounting and operational teams to resolve complex accounting
• Partner with hospital CEOs, COOs, department leaders, and other stakeholders on financial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive healthcare finance or accounting experience, including recent leadership
• Strong preference for acute care hospital accounting experience and experience within complex
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and effectively in a high-visibility environment with
• Proven experience partnering with hospital executives, operational leaders, and department
• Strong expertise in P&L and balance sheet analysis, revenue valuation, month-end close
