Manager I, Engineering - Experiments

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of strong full-stack and frontend engineers.
• Own delivery of the Experimentation App from planning through production, balancing speed with quality.
• Set technical direction with your team and statistics engineers on architecture and tradeoffs.
• Partner with Product, Design, and customers to shape requirements and roadmap.
• Foster fast iteration and high engineering standards through reviews and blameless postmortems.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent as the team scales.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years as a people manager or tech lead with mentorship.
• 5+ years building and shipping software with strong architectural chops.
• Experience shipping products in fast-paced env; balance speed, quality, and customer input.
• Energized by ambiguity and large roadmaps; help prioritize and sequence work.
• Strong stakeholder management with empathy, collaboration, and clear communication.
