📋 Description

  • Lead and develop an inclusive, high-performing Sales Engineering team.
  • Manage performance and partner with sales, product, support, and customer success.
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers on account planning and strategy.
  • Manage escalations in a pre-sales environment (product issues, feature requests).
  • Participate in customer/prospect calls as trusted advisor.
  • Travel up to 50% and be near an international airport.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelors’ of Science from a 4-year accredited university.
  • 5+ years in hands-on engineering, pre-sales, or customer support.
  • 2+ years of sales engineering management experience.
  • Experience with Software Product sales; Infrastructure, SaaS.
  • Knowledge in IoT, Networking/Security, SaaS, Cloud Technologies, or Physical Security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner with stakeholders.
