📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Developer Advocates, setting clear expectations, guiding priorities
• Own the strategy, goals, and roadmap for Community Advocacy, translating broader Advocacy and
• Guide the continued development of our Ambassador, Champion, and User Group programs, creating
• Build repeatable systems that enable customer engineers to contribute technical knowledge, create
• Develop a strong pipeline of customer stories by identifying compelling practitioners and helping

🎯 Requirements

• You are an experienced people manager who has led autonomous technical professionals, coached
• You have experience defining and delivering successful developer advocacy, developer relations
• You have built or meaningfully contributed to programs that enable external practitioners to
• You have experience helping technical practitioners develop and communicate their stories
• You are a former software developer, SRE, or other technical practitioner—or have equivalent
• You are a thoughtful cross-functional leader who can build alignment, make prioritization
