📋 Description

• Own the influencer and social marketing strategy, translating business objectives into campaigns
• Build and scale a creator ecosystem spanning influencers, talent, advocates, and content partners
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, brief, and manage creator partnerships from initial outreach through
• Develop compelling social and creator concepts around product launches, partnerships, cultural
• Use creators, social content, UGC, and cultural opportunities to strengthen brand differentiation
• Partner with Growth and Analytics to measure performance using reach, engagement, customer

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in influencer, creator, or social marketing, ideally within a consumer
• Proven track record of developing and executing creator and social campaigns that deliver
• Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, social platforms, and emerging trends.
• End-to-end experience managing creator partnerships, including sourcing, negotiation, and
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into creative concepts.
• Builder's mindset with a hands-on, resourceful, entrepreneurial approach.
