📋 Description

• Personally perform and lead consulting missions or projects at customers
• Follow-up and steer the consulting work of other consultants
• Participate in developing market share in Insurance in Belgium
• Support business development in The Netherlands if necessary
• Play a proactive role in business development from the Sia office in Brussels
• Analyse evolutions in business models, sector trends, and innovations

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree from a first-class university (business, engineering, economics, etc.)
• Fundamental insight in the insurance market
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company in the Financial Services sector
• Self-starting, flexible, entrepreneurial person with proven business development skills
• Ability to monitor company or market trends, evolutions, and new challenges
• Successfully conducted relevant projects and managed teams
