📋 Description

• Coordinate pre-integration planning and infrastructure setup.
• Lead project teams; coach, train, and develop staff.
• Manage meetings, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Track progress and escalate issues to the Director.
• Set up centralized project sites and maintain plans.
• Support events, reports, and cross-team communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree.
• Minimum four years in business analysis or M&A integration management.
• Proven project management and relationship-building skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Healthcare/home health care experience a plus.
• Independent decision-making and strong judgment.
