Manager, IT Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and develop IT Operations in NY by coaching the NY team and contractors
• Roll up escalated issues, assist the team, and document processes to scale
• Dashboards for helpdesk metrics (CSAT, SLAs) to guide IT performance
• Identify bottlenecks in IT Operations (access, automations, lifecycle)
• Partner cross-functionally to understand needs and drive initiatives
• Ensure hardware/software procurement aligns with budget and forecast

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading an IT operations team with diverse responsibilities
• 5+ years of direct IT support experience
• Experience with remote teams, multiple offices, time zones
• Partner with technical and non-technical teams; manage vendors/contractors
• Okta, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, JAMF; strong comms and analytics
