📋 Description

• Partner with SMEs to assess training needs and deliver learning solutions.
• Lead onboarding of new hires for Precision for Medicine, including scheduling and tracking.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs aligned with adult learning.
• Triage training requests and guide on tools, templates, and materials.
• Manage and support learning platforms and systems used by L&D.
• Maintain training documentation, records, and reporting per regulatory expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate, postgraduate, or equivalent in scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 4-6 years clinical trial experience in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• At least 4 years in roles directly related to clinical trial execution and training.
• Proficiency with learning development platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal English communication.
