Manager, Learning and Development

📋 Description

• Partner with SMEs to assess training needs and deliver effective learning solutions.
• Lead onboarding for new hires, including scheduling and tracking.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs.
• Serve as first-line triage for training requests and provide guidance on tools and templates.
• Manage and support learning platforms and systems used by L&D.
• Maintain accurate training documentation and reporting for regulatory expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree, or equivalent in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 4-6 years of clinical trial experience in pharma/biotech/CRO, with 4 years in training.
• Proficiency with learning development platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Strong writing and recordkeeping abilities.
