📋 Description

• Partner with SMEs to assess training needs and design content.
• Lead onboarding for Precision for Medicine, including scheduling.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs.
• Triage training requests and guide on tools, templates, and materials.
• Manage learning platforms and systems used by L&D.
• Maintain training documentation and reporting per regulatory expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree, or equivalent in scientific/healthcare field.
• 4-6 years clinical trial experience; at least 4 years in training delivery.
• Proficiency with learning development platforms.
• Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP relating to clinical trial management.
• Excellent verbal English communication; strong writing and recordkeeping.
