Partner with functional SMEs to assess training needs, design and deliver content.
Lead onboarding for Precision for Medicine, including scheduling and tracking.
Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training programs.
Serve as first-line triage for training requests and provide guidance on tools.
Manage and support learning platforms and systems used by L&D.
Maintain accurate training documentation and regulatory reporting.

🎯 Requirements

Graduate degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
4-6 years clinical trial experience in pharma/biotech/CRO with training roles.
Proficiency with learning development platforms (LMS).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal English communication.
Strong writing and recordkeeping; ability to manage multiple projects.
