📋 Description

• Partner with SMEs to assess training needs and deliver learning solutions.
• Lead onboarding for new hires, including scheduling and tracking.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs.
• Triage training requests; guide tools, templates, materials.
• Manage learning platforms and systems for L&D.
• Maintain training records and reporting per regulatory expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate/postgraduate degree in scientific or healthcare field.
• 4–6 years clinical trial experience in pharma/biotech/CRO/healthcare; 4 years in training roles.
• Proficiency with learning development platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal English communication; strong writing and recordkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP for clinical trial management.
