📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Manufacturing, Quality and Materials & Process Engineers
• Ensure the team has the technical capability, clarity, tools and ownership necessary to make sound
• Lead the development and implementation of robust, end-to-end manufacturing processes that
• Ensure manufacturing processes, material performance, and quality controls provide the technical
• Partner across Program Management, Design Engineering, Operations, and other functions to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or a
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams, with the
• Strong understanding of manufacturing process development, process control, process capability
• Experience translating engineering, customer, and quality requirements into robust, repeatable
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to identify systemic
• Ability to lead cross-functionally across Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, Design, Operations
