Manager, Materials Managment

📋 Description

• Own inbound and outbound logistics, including dock operations, freight coordination, and
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure timely and accurate
• Build and continuously improve work order fulfillment, picking, kitting, and line-side delivery
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce transportation costs and improve logistics efficiency
• Establish and track logistics KPIs (dock-to-stock time, on-time delivery, transaction accuracy
• Lead logistics-focused continuous improvement initiatives including material pull systems and value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
• Strong expertise in receiving, material movement, picking, and kitting operations
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems for materials transactions
• Strong internal customer orientation and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Working knowledge of logistics fundamentals
