Manager, Mission Management

📋 Description

• Coordinate launch mission execution across technical, programmatic, and financial milestones.
• Primary customer contact, owning relationships, mission requirements and verifications.
• Bridge discussions with government and international customers on interface needs.
• Support Business Development with mission compatibility analysis and negotiations.
• Assist launch system product development with market insights.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally for customers and launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management of complex, safety-critical, or highly integrated systems.
• Demonstrated success contracting and managing commercial, Defense, and/or NASA customer programs.
• Proven track record working with multidisciplinary teams and external partners with exceptional organization and time management.
• Excellent oral, technical writing, and presentation skills with hands-on experience negotiating technical scope and deliverables.
• Ability to travel to domestic and international locations to support customers, launch campaign operations, vendors, and conferences.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR contracts, export compliance and licensing (e.g. ITAR, EAR, TAA).
