Manager, Monitoring & Observability

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Expert/Senior Observability Engineers and SREs.
• Define and execute the enterprise observability roadmap, transitioning the organization to modern
• Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, cloud consumption costs, and department budgets.
• Act as the delivery leader for all observability engineering initiatives using Agile/Scrum
• Oversee backlog grooming, sprint planning, and resource capacity for the engineering team.
• Apply PMP best practices to manage large-scale, complex projects, such as FOAK platform onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of total IT experience, with at least 3-5 years directly managing Site Reliability
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-wide IT transformation projects and complex vendor
• Deep experience operating within heavily regulated, 24x7 enterprise environments using structured
• Required/Highly Preferred Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation / Managing Professional, Certified
