Ensure timely and accurate resolution of production escalations data analysis tickets

🎯 Requirements

Master's degree in related field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science)
Minimum 5 years of experience in highly regulated environment (CLIA and/or FDA compliant settings)
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis/statistical modeling in data production
Minimum 2 years in team management role
Knowledge of regulatory requirements: HIPAA, FDA guidelines
Working knowledge of business processes in diagnostic laboratories
