📋 Description

• Support post-acquisition integration ensuring value realization objectives are met including
• Plan integration strategies, value realization initiatives, operational priorities including
• Support execution management including establishment of the IMO and driving meeting cadence to
• Support integration cost development and tracking
• Support the M&A scorecard process including development and tracking of KPIs
• Continually incorporate lessons learned and contribute to the continual improvement of the

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years supporting M&A integration across complex deal types (MBA and consulting experience a
• Strong strategic and business acumen who can drive development of execution plans that realize value
• Proven track record of supporting complex integrations in global and product-led organizations
• Highly organized and can support multiple acquisitions simultaneously
• Strong executive presence and communications with the ability to influence senior executives
• Command of M&A frameworks, processes, and tools
