• Lead, coach, and develop a small team of high-producing Loan Officers, creating the structure and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of residential mortgage experience, including direct experience originating purchase loans.
• 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, or managing Loan Officers in a high-production sales
• Deep working knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and NonQM guidelines, with a demonstrated ability
• Proven experience leading a team to meet or exceed sales and conversion goals.
• A customer- and agent-first mindset with high standards for communication, urgency, and
