Manager of Operations (Indianapolis, IN / Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Serve as the accountable operational leader for the assigned Medicaid program and manage day-to-day
• Develop and maintain thorough working knowledge of applicable state statutes, regulations, Medicaid
• Monitor regulatory and program changes, assess operational impact, and implement required changes.
• Ensure the program follows applicable federal and state requirements, contractual obligations, and
• Develop, implement, and update program-specific policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee Medicaid program workflows including referral, intake, eligibility, service authorization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, human
• Five or more years of progressively responsible healthcare or Medicaid operations experience
• Experience with Medicaid-funded home- and community-based services, long-term services and
• Demonstrated experience interpreting and operationalizing regulations, provider manuals, contracts
• Experience leading clinical and non-clinical teams and managing program performance
• Business development, referral partnership, community outreach, or healthcare marketing experience
