🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent directly relevant
• 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, portfolio operations, business operations, PMO
• Demonstrated ability to maintain execution discipline across multiple concurrent initiatives within
• Proven experience developing executive-ready dashboards, portfolio summaries, governance materials
• Strong ability to synthesize complex operational information and translate it into concise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across
