Manager of Software Engineering – Cloud Networking (Java/Golang)

📋 Description

• Lead and manage one or more teams of experienced development engineers
• Plan deliverables for product releases and drive execution
• Architect, design, develop, test, and automate features on Extreme's Cloud platform
• Conduct comprehensive reviews throughout the development and test lifecycle to ensure quality
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve key objectives
• Foster innovation and implement new ideas during development and testing

🎯 Requirements

• Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
• Professional Experience: Minimum 12+ years in Software Development, Testing, and QA in Agile
• Technical Expertise: CI/CD, Distributed Systems, Microservices, Infrastructure-as-Code
• Networking: Layer 2 switching, L3 routing, BGP, VxLAN, VLAN
• Programming: Python, Java, Golang, C, or C++
• Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure; On-Prem vs Public Cloud deployment
