📋 Description

• Lead, coach and mentor an aligned team of Onboarding Operations Specialists
• Own team performance, delivery quality and achievement against operational targets
• Manage all aspects of people leadership, including motivation, feedback, performance reviews
• Act as an escalation point for complex employee onboarding and operational challenges
• Collaborate with Managers globally to drive operational change and maintain alignment
• Use data to track team performance, capacity, quality and risk

• Demonstrated people-management experience in a high-volume operational environment
• A people-first leader who builds trust and empowers others
• Experience developing scalable operational processes while maintaining quality and compliance
• Understanding of employment/labour laws, benefits, payroll processes and employment contracts
• Strong stakeholder-management skills
• Strong operational judgement
