Lead a team of Partner Operations Analysts
Participate directly in operations, ensuring a good experience for partner hotels and inns
Manage scope including extranet configuration, rates and promotions loading, payments
Organize priorities, develop the team, and handle cases requiring greater experience or
Ensure each demand has a diagnosis, owner, and follow-up until resolution
Maintain case management even when resolution depends on another area
