📋 Description

• Own and grow existing Bank and NBFC partnerships by managing joint business plans, supply, funnel
• Build deep relationships and strong governance with partner stakeholders across senior and working
• Track portfolio performance, funnel metrics, policy adherence, risk indicators, and operational
• Lead new-partner integrations end to end, covering policy, commercial, legal, compliance
• Standardise and automate the partner integration and management playbook, including documentation
• Build a qualified pipeline of new Banks and NBFCs aligned with the supply roadmap and product and

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience managing Bank and NBFC partnerships, preferably in a fintech or NBFC
• Good understanding of co-lending models, FLDG structures, and DLG guidelines
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to build
• Strong analytical ability to monitor partner funnels, portfolio performance, and risk metrics, and
• High ownership, analytical skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated execution and program-management experience, including driving cross-functional
