Manager, People Operations

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding day-to-day People
• Manage employee relations issues, including documentation, resolution, follow-ups, and support for
• Advise managers on applying internal policies, addressing performance and conduct concerns, and
• Coordinate leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, return-to-work arrangements, resignations
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job descriptions, job postings, sourcing
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure recruitment processes are timely, consistent, and equitable

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, HR generalist functions, or People
• Experience managing or supporting People Operations within an organization or team of approximately
• Strong practical knowledge of employment legislation, HR compliance requirements, and employee and
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, leaves and
• Hands-on experience with payroll administration inputs, employee benefits, RRSP programs, HRIS
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies
