Manager - Performance Marketing

📋 Description

• Manage a media budget of ₹500 Cr+, driving efficient allocation across channels to maximize
• Drive high-quality user acquisition with a sharp focus on downstream activation, engagement, and
• Continuously evaluate and pilot new and emerging ad platforms, formats, and technologies to unlock
• Improve consumer funnel metrics such as install/sign-up → first order → repeat purchase
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of performance marketers, setting a high bar for execution and
• Run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and funnel interventions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record in consumer internet
• Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets (₹100 Cr+) across Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Team management experience — having built, led, or mentored a team of performance marketers
• Strong awareness of emerging trends and platforms in performance marketing/ad-tech, beyond core
• A strong growth mindset — able to go beyond subject-matter expertise to independently identify
• Solid understanding of incrementality frameworks and key growth/performance metrics such as CPM
