Ensure policy outcomes in SPP and ERCOT reflect commercial priorities.
Coordinate consultants and external resources for timely outputs.
Partner on interconnection strategy for large-load customers.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in energy policy or market strategy (electricity).
Experience with IPPs or power developers.
Utilities or transmission owners experience.
ISO/RTOs experience.
Background with a data center developer.
Experience navigating PUCs, ISO/RTO initiatives, and admin proceedings.
