📋 Description

• Lead pre-billing and intake revenue cycle for home health.
• Ensure accurate patient intake and insurance verification before SOC.
• Reduce denials and improve clean claim rates.
• Develop front-end gatekeeping to minimize high-risk admissions.
• Partner with clinical and sales to ensure financial viability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years revenue cycle experience; 2–3 years in home health/post-acute.
• Front-end revenue cycle experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare home health requirements and PDGM.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR.
