📋 Description

• Lead and improve privacy program, ensure Canadian privacy compliance (PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25, PIPA).
• Provide practical privacy guidance and translate legal requirements into clear actions.
• Lead privacy impact assessments (PIAs) for new products, features, vendors, and data uses.
• Develop scalable methods for assessing AI tools and use cases across privacy and data usage.
• Manage privacy operations: data rights requests, incident assessments, third-party reviews, data
• Support enterprise risk management and broader regulatory compliance priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6+ years hands-on privacy experience in regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25).
• Experience with Privacy Impact Assessments and data rights requests.
• Strong judgment and ability to apply privacy proportionately.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
