📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end sourcing lifecycle (RFI/RFP/RFQs, vendor selection, commercial negotiations
• Proactively manage renewal pipeline; analyze historical usage, benchmark pricing, optimize
• Construct deal strategies, review and negotiate commercial terms, MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, and
• Embed with engineering and security leaders as trusted advisor; understand roadmaps, forecast
• Shepherd suppliers through Box One Spending Standard (BOSS) process and approval steps (Supplier
• Provide input on supplier performance and relationship management; monitor vendor performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, vendor
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools; adept at extracting data, running
• Understanding of technology contracts (SaaS, IaaS, security tools, professional services)
• Strong operational problem-solving skills; structured workflows and data cleanliness
• Excellent cross-functional communication; build relationships across Engineering, Security
• AI-first and continuous improvement mindset; eager to use AI and automation

• Base salary range: $163,000 - $167,000 USD
