📋 Description

• Lead the four PM teams: Code Context, Design-to-Code, Code-to-Design, Code Platform
• Set vision, strategy, and goals for syncing design and code
• Own end-to-end Code-to-Design workflows, with quality measurement and discoverability
• Guide development of code-context systems powering design-code round-tripping
• Manage three PMs, hire and raise the bar for PM craft
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and research for product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, with hiring and developing talent
• Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products
• Track record setting strategy in ambiguous technical environments
• Experience working with enterprise customers to turn workflows into shipped product
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication
• Credible in engineering reviews with senior stakeholders
