📋 Description

• Define and champion the Product Experience (PX) vision and strategy, ensuring it directly drives
• Build and grow a high-performing team of 8 full-stack Product Experience (PX) professionals, who
• Partner with Group Product Managers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Senior Leadership
• Ensure the quality of PX work stays high and consistently raises the bar for our customers.
• Champion PX across the organization, ensuring customer needs are prioritized in product strategy.
• Empower your team members to succeed, grow, and become highly effective for the business.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of prior people leadership experience in a Product design or UX field.
• A strategic leader with a builder's mindset: uses deep UX craft and business acumen to create a
• A champion for the customer: drives product experience strategy by balancing user needs with
• An adaptive and growth-minded individual with an open mind, curiosity, and optimism.
• Drives a culture of urgency and action, ensuring the team moves fast to test, learn, and improve.
• Comfortable working across functions and levels, from engineers to executives.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range in San Francisco: $180,000 to $250,000, plus RSUs.
