Manager, Product Management

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, multi-year roadmap, and annual execution plan for Appian's
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, providing mentorship, career development, and
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends in user
• Partner with executive leadership to align Total Experience priorities with company objectives
• Execute strategic planning cycles that balance innovation with technical debt, customer requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or
• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years leading front-end or user
• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading product managers or cross-functional
• Proven track record developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps that delivered
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive leadership
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management
