• Run the practice as an active strategic partner to inform decisions
• Lead the research function today and grow the team as demand builds
• Sit on steering committees to bring evidence into executive decisions
• Participate in product planning so research shapes the roadmap
• Field and prioritize research requests across cross‑functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in UX or product research with end‑to‑end program ownership
• Track record connecting qualitative and quantitative evidence to product decisions
• Fluency in longitudinal tracking, survey design, and qualitative research
• Comfort in steering committees, governance forums, and executive prioritization
• Experience designing intake/prioritization processes for cross‑functional teams
• Facility with modern AI tools and careful risk management
