📋 Description

• Lead the Professional Services team to deliver software with high quality and satisfaction
• Manage project risk and client escalations, enforcing best practices and outcomes
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, and cross-functional teams to strengthen relationships
• Drive process transformation; redesign workflows, tools, and delivery models for scalable delivery
• Champion AI adoption across delivery workflows to boost productivity and decisions
• Act as a thought leader in delivery innovation, introducing new approaches to evolve services

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• Management experience in enterprise SaaS environment
• Customer-facing experience in professional services/consulting
• Experience managing a remote team (recruiting, training, performance)
• Strong operational, project management, and process improvement skills
• Strong AI fluency with delivery-focused applications
