🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• Management experience in enterprise software (SaaS preferred)
• Experience managing a remote team (recruiting, training, staffing, performance)
• Strong operational, project management, consulting, and process improvement skills
• Experience with change management and evolving priorities
• Experience with PointClickCare or similar EHR platforms in healthcare/LTPAC
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex problems
