Lead and coach a team of Software Implementation Consultants with 1:1s and team rhythms.
Oversee customer engagements and delivery across implementation lifecycles.
Establish KPIs, OKRs, utilization, capacity planning, and forecasting.
Drive process improvements, governance, and best practices for efficiency.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, CS, and Design to drive adoption.
Identify AI-enabled opportunities; build simple business cases and governance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, IT, Nursing, or related field
5+ years in Professional Services, Healthcare Tech, or software delivery
2+ years of people leadership experience
Experience managing complex customer engagements, risks, escalations
Strong project management, planning, and prioritization skills
Experience applying AI or automation to improve delivery
PMP/Prosci/Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred
