• Lead and manage a technical team of consultants and project managers responsible for Zscaler
• Own the hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management for the team to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting delivery within enterprise software
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing delivery teams in a high-growth environment
• Proven experience managing geographically distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in leadership development and implementing organizational strategy
• Technical expertise in network technologies, VPNs, firewalls, proxies, and cloud security protocols
