📋 Description

• Lead a 10+ person Consulting/PM team delivering Celonis deployments in North America.
• Drive services sales cycles, scoping, and proposals; ensure strong customer engagement.
• Partner with Sales and Value Engineering to maximize ACV land and adoption.
• Oversee delivery portfolio; ensure timely, high-quality deployments with measurable value.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years delivering complex programs as a PM or Program Director.
• Public Sector experience; work with CTOs or senior executives.
• Leadership of BI/Analytics project teams.
• Proven track record leading complex transformational programs.
• Strong Celonis product knowledge to guide consultants.
• Experience managing professional services in enterprise SaaS.
