📋 Description

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the independent QC program across five review populations
  • Apply and maintain risk-based, stratified sampling methodologies across analysts and queues
  • Apply and maintain an error taxonomy covering critical, significant, and administrative findings
  • Ensure appropriate escalation and re-work processes are followed and identify recurring gaps or
  • Lead and develop QC Leads and QC Analysts, establishing clear performance expectations and
  • Compile quality control results, trends, and thematic findings for senior leadership and BSA/AML

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • CAMS certification required; CFE, CFCS, or CRCM certification strongly preferred.
  • 6–9 years of professional experience in BSA/AML, financial crime compliance, quality assurance
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and developing people, preferably investigators, analysts
  • Demonstrated experience designing and applying risk-based sampling methodologies and error
  • Strong knowledge of alert investigation, case management, sanctions screening, and financial crime
