Manager, Quality Validation Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of quality standards, inspection protocols, and validation plans for
• Own validation of new tooling, component development, and finished goods production to ensure
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and global manufacturers to support launches and
• Expand Quality Management System and global quality footprint across the organization.
• Travel up to 40% (Domestic and International) to support suppliers and manufacturing partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering/Quality Assurance, preferably in consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of polymers packaging components and molding technologies (injection, EBM, ISBM).
• Ability to articulate technical recommendations and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with tolerance/stack analysis and data-driven decisions using Statistical tools.
• 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred); familiarity with LabVIEW, MATLAB, MiniTab or similar.
