Manager, Quality Validation Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of quality standards and validation plans for Soft/Hard products
• Own tooling qualification from pilot to mass production and support supply chain capacity
• Collaborate with R&D, Design, Packaging, and global manufacturers on product launches
• Manage qualification plans for packaging, fill-line qualification at third parties
• Drive quality improvements across processes with SPC, FMEA, and DOE
• Oversee supplier audits, CAPAs, and risk mitigation to meet Mammoth Brands standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering or QA, preferably in consumer goods
• Knowledge of polymers, packaging components and molding technologies
• Experience with injection molding, EBM, ISBM; CAD (SolidWorks) a plus
• Proficiency with statistical tools and data-driven decisions (MSA/GR&R, SPC, DOE)
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
