Manager, Recruiting

📋 Description

• Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers
• Act as a trusted partner to Business Leaders to understand needs and align recruiting resources
• Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a long term recruiting strategy that continues to bring
• Build a team structure that optimizes for efficiency and scale
• Assess and improve upon recruiting best practices across all Corporate Functions teams
• Take ownership for complex change initiatives to achieve business results

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive environment with 4+ years of people
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies
• Managed hiring across multiple business units and levels up to Senior Director
• Experience and understanding of how to build a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth
• Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, bias disruption, organizational design relative to
• A deep passion for and understanding of diversity, belonging, and inclusion
